About Us:
The Central Oklahoma Qualatex Balloon Network was formed in 2001 as a group of professional balloon artists in Oklahoma who feature Qualatex balloons in balloon gifts, deliveries, entertainment, and decor services that we provide.
Purpose:
To educate the general public on balloon decorations, not only as bouquets, or balloons on strings, but how to use balloons effectively in venues.
Educate the general public in the proper handling, displaying, and function of balloons.
Provide members with valuable tools to create better balloon decorations by continuing education programs.
The sharing of ideas, tips, tricks, and help other members in case of need.
